Pawley’s Island

Myrtle Avenue is an ongoing coastal renovation in collaboration with the homeowners and architect. The project includes lifting the existing beach home onto pilings, adding a ground-level outdoor shower and storage room, installing an elevator, and expanding the main level to include a powder room, bar, and wraparound porch designed to enhance outdoor living and capture the coastal setting. The design process also includes exploring iterations of the second-floor plan to incorporate additional en-suite bathrooms and improve the home’s functionality.
